2005 1/8 & Monster Truck Endurance

First, let me start with this...

Mike Kazz, Team Panther, chose to run this race with no team mates and he managed to lead this race for 2 hours SOLID!!! Hour one, he lead by 5 laps, he came in for a tire change and battery replacement, and left the pits with a one lap lead. Hour two, with his consistent driving he managed to gain another two laps on the field until the unthinkable..........his motor blew up!!!! He and his completely novice volunteer pit crew were truly disappointed. Despite his best efforts he was out with 56 minutes remaining in this 3 hour grueling race.
